Key Terms
Use of “We”,”We’re”, “Us”, “Our” all refer to Getinn.co.uk. Use of “Host”, “You”. “Your”, “You’re”, “Pub”, “Restaurant” all refer to any person/business signing the agreement to join Getinn.co.uk. Customer is the end consumer or cover.
Terms and Conditions will be referred to as T&Cs.
Use of Platform will cover WhatsApp, SMS, email and any other communication channel used.
Pubs and restaurants will be referred to as host/s.
The T&Cs and supply agreement apply in full upon agreement by you. No element of the T&Cs stand alone or can be removed. The T&Cs apply in full at all times and can’t be superseded by any other persons or businesses T&Cs.

Payments, Price Changes, Charges & Refunds
Monthly payment plans will cover a full calendar month from the start date. For example, the start date of 01/01/2025 will end on 01/02/2025. All unused features will be lost after the end date. If a direct debit is set up on a monthly payment plan a new period will start automatically but the previous month's allocation cannot be rolled over and will be lost. A multiple month agreement will have a defined start and end date that is agreed between Getinn.co.uk and the host business. The full value for the period agreed to will need to be paid for in advance by the host in order to access any part of the package selected. The contract length agreed to by both parties does not impact the monthly allocation within the package selected, the allocation within the monthly package must be used within the full calendar month and cannot be carried over and a new allocation will automatically start after one month. For example, a start date of 02/01/2025 will run with the first package until 01/02/2025 11:59PM and the second monthly package will start from 02/02/2025.
Packages and the allowances within them will only start once a payment has been completed by the host and has been received by Getinn.co.uk. All payments must be made in British Pound Sterling. Any payment made in other currencies will result in a 10% fee on top of the total amount. For example, £100 package payment in any other currency will result in a £10.00 charge before the plan will start. If the currency charge is not paid in full and you wish to receive a refund the fee will be removed before the refund is provided, i.e £90 will be refunded in British Stirling.
Packages and prices are as advertised and provided by Getinn.co.uk. Any agreed changes or additions will only be honoured if the host has written confirmation from Getinn.co.uk. Getinn.co.uk reserves the right to update and change prices at any time. Price changes will start from the next month's start date following the notice period. Gettin.co.uk will provide at least 4 weeks notice via WhatsApp or email. It is the hosts responsibility to keep personal information up to date, if we can provide proof that the details of a price change have been provided to the address/s provided by the host then the changes will proceed accordingly.
All package costs and additional charges do not currently include VAT. If this changes we will inform all paying hosts that cost will move to a plus VAT model from the next payment or contract start date.
Refunds will not be given by Getinn.co.uk once a payment for a package or additional services has been paid by the host. The only exception to this is if Getinn.co.uk have provided written confirmation outlining specific terms that have been pre-agreed with the host. A host can cancel the contract at any time without notice however no refund will be given if part way through the contractual agreement.
Packages
Monthly packages are provided by Getinn.co.uk for hosts to select from. These packages are fixed for one month however the host can upgrade to a more premium package at any time, they cannot downgrade within an agreement. If the host is signed up to a multiple month agreement they can still upgrade at any time within the wider agreement.
Minimum number of contacts communicated with in each campaign is 25.
Additions on top of the agreed to package can be requested by the host but the final confirmation must be confirmed by Getinn.co.uk. Additions on top of packages are only currently available on top of the premium package.
What Service Will & Won’t Be Provided
Hosts agree to let Getinn.co.uk communicate on their behalf whilst the contract is in place. Getinn.co.uk is a communication community and is not responsible or liable for anything relating to the running of a host/s business. Hosts agree to let Getinn.co.uk share their information to customers including name, location, address, phone number, email address, website.
Getinn.co.uk is a platform to support communication between hosts and customers. We fully own and manage the platform, customer data and have complete control over the messages sent to customers. We reserve the right to not send certain messages for any reason to protect us, you and customers. If the host chooses to cancel the contract and leave the platform they have no right to hold, retain or request customers' details/personal information from Getinn.co.uk. Hosts will never have access to customers' personal information or data. If any request is made this will be refused by Getinn.co.uk. We might provide high level details and insight to help support you and decisions you choose to make but this will not contain personal or identifiable information.
It is the responsibility of the host to keep your business information up to date, if anything changes then they need to update this information and email contactus@getinn.co.uk. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information because the host has not followed the process or provided the update in a timely manner.
Getinn.co.uk is a platform that allows personal and targeted messages to be sent to customers. The messages can only be as correct as the information the host/customer has provided to us, if you or the customer has provided incorrect details/information then Getinn.co.uk is not liable/responsible for this. Getinn.co.uk will work with hosts on messaging template parameters to keep a level of consistency and brand presence for both us and the host. A set number of templates will be agreed between the host and Getinn.co.uk upon sign up. Messaging templates need to be concise to the point and clear. Whilst there is flexibility in the template for personalisation the ultimate decision always remains with Getinn.co.uk.
We aim to be as quick as possible on message turnaround from notification from the host to sending a formatted message to customers. We do however use third party messaging platforms which have their own terms and conditions, limitations and potential down time. Getinn.co.uk will work with hosts to find an agreeable solution to send missed communications to customers at an alternative time/date. We will provide an aimed time / target to turn around messages from the host to customers however this is not a guarantee. If the majority of messages within the agreement are sent within the timeframe outlined, this has achieved our minimum standard. Getinn.co.uk is not liable for hosts loss of revenue in any circumstance and will not provide a cash refund. The message turnaround time will only be within the hours provided within the contractual agreement, anything outside of these times will have a longer lead time.
We may have planned downtime or reduced hours where messages will be unavailable to be sent to customers. When this is planned, we will communicate ahead of time. Where possible we will provide solutions to limit the impact on your business. If downtime or reduced hours impact your plans this does not qualify any host for a refund or reimbursement.
In order to send communications to customers the host will need to send all the information/details needed to Getinn.co.uk in the timeframe provided within your specific contract. Communications to customers on Getinn.co.uk are intended to be on the day for that day to help hosts when they have lower than expected footfall/covers. We reserve the right to not send messages that are not valid for customers to claim/use within a certain date from when the message is due to be sent.
It is the responsibility of the host to ensure that the information provided to Getinn.co.uk for communication messages amongst customers is accurate and honoured by the host. If discount, offers, event or availability information is incorrect it is not the responsibility of Getinn.co.uk and any dispute caused with customers must be managed directly by the host. Getinn.co.uk will not provide support of any value for discounts, offers or events run by hosts. If hosts run a discount, deal or event it is their full responsibility to run the deal and fund it in full.
Getinn.co.uk can offer a marketing package for hosts to use on various channels. This will be outlined specifically in the contract between Getinn.co.uk and the host. Getinn.co.uk can at any point require hosts to remove a piece or all marketing material for any reason without notice.
We ask customers to confirm they’re 18 or over when requesting to join. This does not mean Getinn.co.uk is responsible for proof of age and this remains the responsibility of the host in all situations.
We will ask for a certain amount of your personal/business information. It is your responsibility to enter these correctly, keep them up to date and change them as required. This will be requested by us upon joining, you can also change at any time by contacting us at contactus@getinn.co.uk. Getinn.co.uk will keep your information whilst you’re a member and haven’t cancelled your contract. If you cancel or leave, we will keep your personal information for up to 12 weeks. Following this we will delete any personal information that we don’t need for audit purposes.
We have procedures in place to protect and keep your personal information safe. We will only ask for the information we need. We will use 3rd party software in the running of our business, your personal/business information will be used and stored on these.
Problems with the Host service & Liability
Getinn.co.uk is a platform to connect hosts to customers and is not responsible for but is not limited to any of the points below. If any of these issues arise the host company will need to deal with the complaint directly. Gettin.co.uk will not get involved in any communications or disputes between customers and hosts.

Anything relating to the hosts services, for example but not limited to, food, drink, quality, service levels, cleanliness.

Closure of the host for any reason.

Damages/loss to host/ customer property or themselves/colleagues/staff

Customers not showing up or less people than stated.

Complaints
We review all complaints seriously, so in order to review and understand what has happened we might get back in touch with you to get more information. Reviews will vary depending on the complaint made and the complexity but we will always aim to respond within seven working days even if it’s to provide an update.
