FAQ's
How quickly can I get a communication out?
This depends on the package you select but our quickest is within 1 hour.
How does the community work for my pub?
You send the details regarding the discounts, offers or events you wish to be shared with the community for bookings on that day and we will create the perfect message. Each message will be a clear call to action which includes buttons to call now and/or link to your booking page. Each message will include a code which the cover will need to share upon booking.

What technology do I need to be a host?
A phone with WhatsApp. That's it, we said we keep things simple!

What packages are available and what will it cost?
We have three packages available that offer various monthly allocations. Our plans and prices are available here.

How do I make a payment?
Our preferred payment method is a bank transfer. You can pay up front in full or monthly by standing order.

How does Getinn manage the community's data and information?
We collate, manage and safely store all community members data and personal information. Personal information will never be shared with anybody including pubs. Non identifiable data may be shared to provide insights.

What happens if I go over my monthly allocation?
On our top package you can purchase add-ons at any time. If you aren’t on the top package this won’t be available but you can move up to a more premium package if needed.

What happens if I don’t use all of my monthly allocation?
All unused features and allocations not used by the monthly end date do not roll over to the next month and will be lost.

What happens if I send the wrong information?
Let us know asap! Once messages are sent we can’t recall or change them but we might be able to send another message with the correct details that overrides the first message. Please remember it is the hosts responsibility to check the details before sending to Getinn.co.uk, hosts are liable for deals and information shared.
What happens if Getinn sends the wrong information?
This shouldn’t happen but if it did we will put this right by resending the message with the correct information. We will hold our hands up if we make a mistake however Getinn.co.uk will not fund deals or refund/reimburse diners or hosts in any circumstance.
Who handles customer complaints?
If it’s anything to do with the running of your business, the host would handle the complaint as you normally would. Getinn.co.uk is not responsible for any complaint in relation to the running of the hosts business. If a complaint is directly linked to a service Getinn.co.uk is providing we will pick this up. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will not be given by Getinn.co.uk once a payment for a package or additional services has been paid by the host. The only exception to this is if Getinn.co.uk have provided written confirmation outlining specific terms that have been pre-agreed with the host.
What is the cancellation policy and notice period?
Hosts can cancel with immediate effect but a refund for the remainder of the planned contract length will not be provided by Getinn.co.uk.
