​Does joining and using the platform cost me anything?

No, it's completely free for joining the community and receiving messages. We currently use WhatsApp as our choice of communication channel with it being the most used platform.

Which pubs does the community get benefits from?

That's the communities point of difference. No more signing up to one pub or brand, we cover a wide range in one place! We link with a variety of pubs local to you that meet the standards our community expects. The pubs are then paired by using community members preferences.

How does it all work?

In short, we pair pub lovers to fantastic places local to you. By having a community full of likeminded people, we can support pubs to fill more tables and in return they provide the community with unbeatable benefits.

What do the community benefits look like?

Examples are, a free drink on arrival, a free starter or dessert. Discounts off the full bill or food only. This does vary by each pub and each day, time and occasion.

How many times a month will you message me?

That all depends on your preferences and if they’re relevant messages for you. We want to make sure you only receive what you're looking for, when you want it.

I want to update my preferences?

Simply complete the form again with all of your preferences. This won’t add to your preferences so you need to make sure everything you want to include is selected. 

E.g, you currently have Sunday and 12pm-2pm as a day/time of choice and want to add Saturday, you would need to add both Saturday and Sunday and the 12pm-2pm in your new submission. If you don’t select Sunday it will be removed so you have Saturday only.

Will I receive messages for anything other than community updates?

No, Getinn will only send messages that relate to relevant community offers and from time to time we may send updates on the community, your account and wider community updates.

Will I receive messages from anyone else?

No, we don’t give your personal information to anyone for sales or marketing purposes. You will only receive messages directly from Getinn.co.uk. Pubs will never have access to your personal information either. 

 

How is my information used?

We use your information to be able to contact you, tailor messages and personalise specifically for you. We use third party software to run the community but your information will not be shared for sales or marketing purposes. We take looking after and keeping any personal information safe very seriously. Check out our Privacy Policy on Getinn.co.uk.

I want to leave the community and stop receiving messages?

Go to our leave the community section at the bottom of our home page. Remember to always complete your personal information, your phone number is the most important part so we know it to you. ​​​​
